Our Characters

• Will there be any other characters?

We are evaluating other characters each day. There are several on our short list already. If you have ideas for new characters, visit our Contact Us page and drop us a note!

Our Drives

• Do you offer anything bigger than 4GB?

Right now we are just selling the 4GB models. As we grow we plan on offering more models with different sizes.

• What about USB 3?

USB 3 is still relatively new. While we want to stay on top of technology, we also want to make sure we are offering products that the majority of our customers can use easily. As we grow we are planning on re-looking at USB 3 as an option for our products.

• Do I have to do any setup on the drive?

The drives are plug and play ready. Windows 98SE users may need a driver, which is available online through Microsoft.
